This rich Sumatra offering carries a syrupy, lingering body with dark chocolate depth, dried fruit warmth, and a low, steady acidity. Earthy and enigmatic, each sip feels like an echo rising from deep within the ground — the voice of roots, rain, and timeless ritual. Harvested from the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan cooperative and grown at 1100–1600 meters, these heirloom varietals — Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember — are processed through traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling), giving the cup its unmistakable depth and velvety, almost mystical richness. A brew for those who listen closely to what the earth remembers… and what it reveals.
