Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your happiness is important to us. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives:

• Defective
• Incorrect
• Or significantly different from what was ordered

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Color & Handmade Variations

Each item is handmade, so slight variations in size, stitch placement, texture, and color are normal and make every piece unique. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. These natural variations are not considered defects.
