Shipping Policy
At The Velvet Loop, every item is lovingly handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for your creation to be completed before shipment.
Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Please allow 1–4 weeks for creation, depending on the complexity of the order. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page whenever possible.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
- FREE Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier.
- Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may occasionally affect arrival times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will gladly work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, The Velvet Loop ships within the United States only.
